Dart Ops is Cincinnati’s newest (and largest) ultimate nerf battle arena and we are hiring several awesome people for a dual part-time role as an Arena Boss / Ops Leader. As an Arena Boss, you will be in the battle arena with our players serving as the face of Dart Ops. You will organize and explain each new game to all the players and serve as a referee while the game is in session. And yes, one of the perks of the job is you will occasionally get to join in the fun!
As an Ops Leader, you will be responsible for greeting our guests and running our check-in/sales counter. You may also be responsible for setting up party rooms, restocking the sales area and answering phone calls. During most shifts, you should expect to engage in both roles.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
It’s simple, we are looking for people who are enthusiastic, personable, and like to have fun – yet at the same time, provide a high level of customer service. Bonus points if you have ever been a referee, worked as a camp counselor, have experience organizing games for groups of people/kids or have been responsible for providing great customer service. A love of Nerf blasters also helps! Must have your own transportation or dependable ability to get to work when scheduled. We provide all training.
HOURS
- Friday-Sunday availability is a must (2 out of 3 days)
- Some Monday-Thursday availability is also desired for private events/summer daytime hours.
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $12 per hour + Bonus Potential
